Armed with a Masters in Psychology, Divya Bhatia has a specialization in Child and Organization Psychology. She started her career as a child counselor and a corporate trainer with a well-known educationist in Lucknow. She has been a career counselor to prestigious schools like Mayo College, Doon School, Welham Girls, Woodstock School, Loreto Convent, Bishop Convent and Army Schools among others, conducting numerous career counselling and personality development sessions for their students. Her approach to counselling is extremely scientific and holistic.
Divya has also extended her enterprise and has conducted specialized workshops on ‘Teacher as a Counsellor’ in Pune that were extremely well received by the teacher fraternity.

She is proficient in the areas of smart skills like communication, interpersonal behavior and behavioral trainings ranging from Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Leadership Development, Coaching, Conflict Management, First Time Managers, Being Assertive, among others.
